Effective January 1, 2008, Samaritan Select will implement the new administrative rules (OAR 836-020-0770 through 836-020-0805), which were adopted by the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services Insurance Division. These administrative rules impact the way insurance companies must coordinate benefits when a member is covered under more than one health care plan. Please read this important notice regarding coordination of benefits.
